The choir was most recently invited by the BBC to record extracts from Handel's Messiah for a special programme to be broadcast on Good Friday in 2009. The choir has also taken part in four BBC1 Songs of Praise 'Big Sing' recordings in the Royal Albert Hall, hosted by Aled Jones. As one of the programme's regular choirs, Exmoor Singers joined four other choirs to form the 'Stage Choir'. The Songs of Praise Big Sing prgrammes were broadcast on Sunday 28 October 2007 and Sunday 26 October 2008. The Songs of Praise Christmas Party was broadcast on Sunday 16 December 2007 and Sunday 14 December 2008.

Exmoor Singers recorded a special choir-only programme at the end of October 2006 in the Priory Church of St Bartholomew the Great, in the City of London. The programme was broadcast on Sunday 4 March 2007, during Lent. A second programme using one of the hymns was broadcast on Sunday 29 July 2007.

Members of the choir also featured in a programme recorded in Lacock Abbey in Wiltshire at the end of November 2006 and broadcast on 10 December 2006.

In early January 2006, members of the choir joined other singers to film another choir-only programme in St Mary's Church, Ealing, which was broadcast on 29 January 2006.

Exmoor Singers' first appearance on Songs of Praise was recorded in May 2004, and broadcast on 29 June 2004 in a programme about William Wilberforce and the abolition of slavery. The choir was filmed in the Chapel of St Mary's Undercroft, a private chapel in the Palace of Westminster.
