Venues

We perform in a wide variety of locations from nuclear bunkers and castles to some of the most prestigious venues in London. Rehearsals are usually held at Imperial College, South Kensington. You can find more details (including location maps) by following the links below.

Tallis Festival 2016 Imperial College rehearsals
Registration and rehearsals for Tallis Festival 2016 on Friday 12 February (optional) and Saturday 13 February will be held in the Sir Alexander Fleming Building of Imperial College, nearest tube South Kensington. Number 33 on the location map here (opens in new window). Solo auditions are in Sherfield Building, number 20.

A splendid Wren church on the western side of the City of London, St Andrew Holborn was the venue for the very first Tallis weekend, the last three Tallis Festivals and will also host Sunday rehearsals and concert for Tallis Festival 2016.

Exmoor Singers regular rehearsals
Regular choir rehearsals are usually held in the Read Lecture Theatre, 5th floor, Sherfield Building, Imperial College, South Kensington SW7 2AZ. Nearest tubes: South Kensington and Gloucester Road.
Location map here. The arrow shows the entrance to the Sherfield Building. The lifts are just on the right as you enter the entrance lobby. Take the lift to the 5th floor, then head for the corridor in the far right corner; the wooden double doors to the upper level of the Read Lecture Theatre are further down on your left.
